Follow these three easy steps for special-order credential cards and key fobs 
Note: cards can only be ordered in boxes of 100.

1. Place your order directly with your local distributor, by emailing Customer.Service@LiftMaster.com
   (not able to order via the Dealer Extranet) or by calling 800.323.2276.
2. Have your Facility Code (FC) and ID Start # available and noted on your order. 
3. Review and confirm FC/ID Start # on your confirmation.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE SUBMITTED AND CONFIRMED.
