Allow 10-12 business days for processing and packaging of your online fence order. Allow up to 21 business days for full yard orders that include a chain link gate.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives damage-free. All orders are bundled, shrink wrapped and banded down on a pallet with corner protection and bubble wrapped as needed.
Orders are pulled and packaged in bundles so that pallets can be broken down and unloaded. The driver is not responsible for unloading. It is up to the customer to ensure that they are capable or have sufficient help to unload the materials. Contact your salesperson if you have questions regarding the unloading process. Our fence professionals will guide you through the process and keep you updated on the shipping status of your order. Most freight companies will contact you to schedule a delivery window as you are responsible for unloading and inspecting the shipment for damage.
Receiving Your Order
America's Fence Store makes every effort to ensure that your fence materials arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that damage should occur during transit, please note and include pictures of damages on the truck driver's bill of lading, and contact us immediately so that a claim can be initiated. Damages and/or discrepancies regarding delivered products must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
Hardware and small items will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package. All orders will include tracking information once they have been shipped out.
