We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged so that it arrives at your home or business damage-free. All orders are bundled, shrink wrapped and banded down on a pallet with corner protection and bubble wrapped as needed.
Orders are pulled and packaged in bundles so that the pallet can be easily broken down and unloaded. The driver is not responsible for unloading and it is up to the customer to ensure that they are capable or have enough help to unlaod the materials. Contact your salesperson if you have questions and they can guide you through this process. Our fence professionals will guide you through the process and keep you updated on the shipping status of your order. most freight companies will contact you to schedule a delivery window as YOU are responsible for unloading and inspecting the shipment for damage. We make every effort to select a lift-gate option for ease of delivery when available.
Receiving Your Order
Although America's Fence Store makes every effort to ensure that your fence materials arrive in perfect condition, though uncommon, it is possible that damage may occur during shipment. In the rare event this happens, please note any damage on the truck drivers bill of lading and contact us immediately so that a claim can be initiated and we determine what replacement parts are needed.
Hardware and small items will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package. All orders will include tracking information once they have been shipped out.
All returns are subject to a possible 20% restocking fee + shipping. Contact your salesperson with questions or concerns.
